Linden had a big weekend with the Farmers to Families program. Vegetables Saturday and chicken Monday. Fairview Reunion Corp led by the irrepressible Flo Stevenson got this program to come to Linden and all the City has pitched in to make this program work.

We had an extremely successful food drive this past weekend, and as I’m writing this article, we’re currently looking forward to another great success on Monday afternoon. While the Monday food drive will have happened by the time you’re reading this article, hopefully you or someone you know will have had the opportunity to come out and get some fresh produce or frozen meats.
