AUSTIN — Incumbent President Donald J. Trump, who received 94% of the vote in the Lone Star State’s Republican primary election, and former Vice President Joe Biden, who received 34.5 percent of the vote in the Democratic primary, were their parties’ top vote-getters on March 3, Super Tuesday.
Linden has had a good week. The prospect of having child care open here in town is truly a blessing that we needed so that single or two-income families can have reliable child care and keep their kids in L-K School system. Kudos to the L-K School leadership for recognizing this need and responding.
In so many ways, what was once science fiction is rapidly becoming a reality. Nanotechnology, once a seemingly impossible idea is now becoming the future of medicine and engineering, thanks to Dr. Richard Smalley, Texas chemist, Nobel Prize winner, and the father of nanotechnology.
Linden is doing great. I want to applaud all who took the time to clean up and bring out their garbage for the heavy trash cleanup. We totally filled two roll offs and packed them tight. We will continue to do this every six months, so expect another one in mid July.
