The East Texas Timberland Owners’ Association (ETTOA) will be hosting a special TV Personality at their meeting of local timber landowners on Friday, March 27, 2020, starting at 11 a.m. at the Texas Forest Service, 2410 S. State Hwy 8 in New Boston. The meeting should conclude by 2 p.m.
Bloomburg elementary held their first Mini Magic Day! Each teacher transformed their rooms into different countries. Then chose a TEK that that class was struggling with and based their different activities on the countries they chose.
The Eastern Cass County School Retirees Association teamed with Wadley Scan on Monday at Queen City First Baptist Church to provide members of the community with an accessible and affordable screening for risk of stroke, heart disease, and peripheral arterial disease. The screenings began at 9:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. and all available appointments were booked in advance. The ECCSRA hopes to sponsor another scan in May.
