Phillip Hall
On the morning of July 27, 2019, 2:27 am, Phillip William Hall of Seabrook, Texas went with the Lord at the age of 79.
Phillip (Billy) was born to Winifred Hall and Phillip Bisesi July 20, 1940 in Baltimore, MD.
He was later adopted by John W. Hall. Phil was known as Phil the Barber in Seabrook, Texas for over 30 years.
Phil loved taking care of his customer.
To him, they were his family. He loved taking care of the children and before he knew it, he was cutting the hair of their children.
He was so very generous to everyone. Phillip served in the US Navy October 29, 1957 to April 16, 1959.
Phil was preceded in death by his father John Hall and his mother Winifred Hall. He is survived by his daughter, Phyllis Hall of Texas City, TX and granddaughter, Kristina Hall of Austin, TX; siblings, Ann Vernon Ashton (Kelley) of Edmond, OK, Joanne Brown (Harvey) of Greenboro, GA, Carole Terry (Chester) of Queen City, TX, John (Jack) Hall of Clearwater, FL, Preston Hall of Queen City, TX; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, August 3, 2019 at the New Life Praise Center, 1401 1st Street, Seabrook, Texas.
The Hall family would like to thank Encompass Health Hospices Care, of Texarkana, Texas for their assistance in comforting our brother/dad during this time.
