Joe Bickham, age 94 of Atlanta, Texas, died on November 2, 2019, at his home. Mr. Bickham was born April 24, 1925, in Celeste, Texas. He retired from the accounting department of TxDot District 19 after 35 years of service. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Atlanta.
