MILLIE PHILLIPS STOVER

Millie Phillips Stover age 85, of Atlanta, Texas went to be with the Lord Tuesday, December 10, 2019 in a local hospital.

Millie was born February 22, 1934 in Star City, Arkansas to James Oscar and Dollie Mae Phillips. She was a homemaker; a Baptist by faith and enjoyed spending time fishing, crocheting and quilting. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Ralph Vernon Phillips, J.O. Phillips; and a sister, Lanarma Ellis.

She is survived by her husband, Rolan Stover of Atlanta, Texas; three daughters, Penny Burton and husband David of Star City, Arkansas, Teresa Bailey and husband Stan of Bismarck, Arkansas, Darlene Stover and husband Paul of Atlanta, Texas; two sons, Rolan, Jr. and wife Debbie Stover of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Tracy Stover of Tulsa, Oklahoma; eleven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, December 12, 2019, in the Hanner Funeral Chapel with Pastor Shane Nugent officiating.

Visitation was Thursday, December 12, 2019, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Hanner Funeral Service.

Interment was in the Queen City Cemetery.
