Maxine McLain Endsley
Maxine McLain Endsley, age 88, of Bivins, Texas, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, October 13, 2020 in an Atlanta, Texas adult care facility.
Maxine was born February 8, 1932, in Scott County, Arkansas to Earl and Alice McLain. She was retired from First National Bank of Atlanta, Texas after 30 years of service; and was a member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church. She was a great cook. She was preceded in death by her husband, L.E. Endsley; and her parents.
She is survived by her son, Larry Endsley and wife Reika of Bloomburg, Texas; daughter, Kay Pickett and husband Gary of Texarkana, Arkansas; sister, Joyce McLain Loper of Atlanta, Texas; grandchildren, Sam Endsley and Rebecca Buchhotz of Odessa, Texas, Jennifer Endsley Whatley and husband Brad of Bivins, Texas, Kerry Pickett and Diane Hargrove of Texarkana, Texas, Russell Pickett and Amanda Weatherford of Fouke, Arkansas; great-grandchildren, Jacob Endsley of Shreveport, Louisiana, Samantha Endlsey of Shreveport, Louisiana, Haley Whatley of Bivins, Texas, Tristyn Whatley of Bivins, Texas, Lexi Whatley of Bivins, Texas, Madelyn Adams of Bentonville, Arkansas, Endsley Pickett of Longview, Texas, Ileia Pickett of Longview, Texas, Bentlee Pickett of Fouke, Arkansas; and a number of other relatives.
Funeral services were at 10 a.m., Thursday, October 15, in the Hanner Funeral Chapel with Bro. Samuel Nuckels offciating.
Visitation was Wednesday, October 14, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Hanner Funeral Service.
Interment was in Bethsaida “Y” Cemetery.
