Bobby Wayne “Bob” Stout, age 70, of Bloomburg, Texas, went to be with the Lord Saturday, November 7, 2020 in a Texarkana, Texas hospital. Bobby was born July 5, 1950 in Texarkana, Texas to Robert and Virginia Neal Stout. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his grandchildren and loved wood working.
