In 2019 Tanya Beers had a dream to open a coffee shop similar to the ones she loved to visit in bigger cities, so “in December of 2019, I decided to attend a coffee school in Dallas where I learned proper brewing techniques and barista skills,” says Beers. Like all dreams,
