Annie Moore
Annie Hill Moore, age 91, of Bivins, Texas, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, May 25, 2021 in a Texarkana, Texas hospital.
Annie was born November 23, 1929, in Norphlet, Arkansas to Leonard and Annie Hill, and lived in the Huffines community all of her life. She worked at Ellington Hospital and Clinic for 23 years. She was on the board of commissioners of ESD District 1 for 18 years and was the election judge for Precinct 21 for many years. She was also a member of Pleasant Hope Primitive Baptist Church. She loved her quilting group and spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Nadine Hill; her brother, Lathan “Billy” Hill; and nephew, Lathan Hill, Jr; and her sister-in-law, Dorothy Hill.
She is survived by her precious daughter, Terri Crawley and husband Dale of Huffines; grandson, Todd Crawley and wife August of Huffines; granddaughter, Carla Hataway and husband Cole of Vivian, Louisiana; three great-grandsons, Hudson and Bonner Hataway of Vivian, Louisiana, and Andrew Crawley of Huffines; three very special nieces, Donna Dunn of Dallas, Linda Webb of El Dorado, Arkansas, and Kacy Cenac of Houma, Louisiana; two special nephews, Sid Todd of Calion, Arkansas and Mike Todd of El Dorado, Arkansas.
Graveside services were held at 3:00 pm, Sunday, May 30, 2021 at Huffines Cemetery, under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service with Bro. Dee Cruson officiating.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 30, 2021 from 1 pm to 2:30 pm at Hanner Funeral Service.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Huffines Cemetery Association.
