DOROTHY MORROW

Dorothy Halene Morrow, age 95, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, October 29, 2020 in a Linden, Texas nursing home.

She was born April 8, 1925 in Centralia, Illinois to Scott Henry and Ethel Edenburn Burge. Dorothy was a member of Cornerstone Assembly of God Church, a homemaker and loved to sew and cook.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Leon Morrow; four brothers, Victor Burge, Ferrell Burge, Glen Burge and Donald Burge; her parents; and a number of other family members.

Dorothy is survived by her brother, Herbert Burge and wife Dorothy of Port St. Joe, Florida; nephews, Doug Burge and wife Cindy of Centralia, Illinois, Travis Burge and wife Lynn of Port St. Joe, Florida; nieces, Ginger Manley and husband Mark of Port St. Joe, Florida, Nonda Rostance of Odin, Illinois; and a host of other friends.

Graveside were at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2020, under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service, at Bear Creek Cemetery in Cass County, Texas, with Bro. Samuel Nuckels offciating.
