Jane Tripp
Jane Ann Waller Tripp age 80, of Atlanta, Texas, passed away, Wednesday, August 14, 2019, in a local nursing home after a long illness.
Jane Ann was born March 28, 1939, in Longview, Texas.
She assisted her husband as he pastored six different churches and also worked as a bookkeeper for several area businesses.
She was a Baptist by faith.
Jane Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Maxine and Seven Turner and Almon Waller and Bobbie Waller Lawrence.
She is survived by her loving husband of almost 63 years, Bob Tripp of Atlanta, Texas; three sons, Ricky Tripp of Paducah, Kentucky, Barry Tripp and Kathleen Kelley of Conway, South Carolina, Billy Tripp and wife Nice’ of Bloomburg, Texas; three granddaughters, Monica Martin and husband Joey, Holly Bormet and husband Kevin, and the girl’s mother, Teresa Montgomery all of North Carolina, Brittany Stewart and husband Dawson of Mathews, North Carolina; grandson, Dr. Dillon Tripp and wife Natasha of Oakland, Tennessee, three great-grandsons, and one great-great-granddaughter. Jane Ann is also survived by four brothers, George Waller and wife Gwen of Atlanta, Texas, Waylon Waller and wife Carol of Arcadia, Louisiana, Randy Waller and wife Katie, Don Waller and wife Rochelle all of Macomb, Oklahoma; sister in law, Mary Tripp Thompson of Leesburg, Florida, and many more family and friends.
The family of Jane Ann Waller Tripp would like to thank Rose Haven Retreat in Atlanta, Texas for the care that was given to her during her time spent there. Jane Ann had her body donated to science and a memorial service will be held 2:00 pm, Friday, August 30, 2019, at Lake Country Baptist Church, Hwy 59, with Bro. Gary Terry officiating.
