Larry Wayne Capps, 68, of Jefferson, Texas passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. Larry was born May 12, 1951 to Melvin Capps and Viva Stewart Capps.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Capps; parents, Melvin and Viva Capps, nephew, Stacey Whelchel and his father and mother-in-law, Paul and Pauline Shirley.
Services were at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, December 8, 2019 at Pinecrest Baptist Church with Bro. Bryan Baggett officiating.
