Joseph Compton Wall

Lifelong East Texas resident, Joseph Compton Wall of Atlanta, Texas, went to meet his Lord on Wednesday, July 7, 2021, just shy of his 79th birthday, following a courageous 28-year battle with heart disease. Joe was born to parents Elder Joseph Loyd and Ruby Wall on August 9, 1942. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Connie, three daughters: Angela Kay Craig and husband Donnie of Daingerfield, Becky Lynn Lipham and husband Joe Kim of Texarkana, and Camille Kay Sherman and husband Kevin of Atlanta. Joe is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren Shane and wife Maura Messer of Nacogdoches, Stephanie Messer Ford, husband Aaron, and their children, Camaron, Kendale, Sawyer, and Emersyn of Texarkana. Macy Lipham Ackermann, husband Jake, and their son, Henry, of Allen, Faith, Cole, and Hallie Lipham of Texarkana, and Chloe and Kyson Sherman of Atlanta. He is survived by two sisters, Dorothy Cook and husband Kenneth of St. Amant, Louisiana, and Glenda Dayton of Austin and Texarkana, and numerous nieces and nephews. Joe is also survived by in-laws, the Reverend William and Edna Garner of Texarkana. Joe is preceded in death by parents, Elder and Mrs. Loyd Wall, little brother Thomas Wall, and brother-in-law, Wayne Dayton.

Beth Ann Ream

Beth Ann Ream, age 77, of Hamilton, Texas, formerly of Texarkana, Texas, went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 1, 2021 in a Temple, Texas hospital. She was born on September 9, 1943 in Massillon, Ohio. She married the love of her life, Robert “Bob” Ream, on April 21, 1963 and was a faithful pastor’s wife and church secretary for 37 years at various churches in Ohio, West Virginia, and in Queen City at Beulah Land Baptist Church.
