Arguably the most exciting season in Lady Bulldog softball history ended last Saturday with a heartbreaking loss to Mt. Vernon. This year’s team of mostly underclassmen made school history by advancing to the Regional Semifinal round of the Texas State Softball Playoffs.

Both Atlanta and Queen City baseball players earned District 14-3A honors recently.
Atlanta’s 4x100m relay team of Zakyus Jackson, Markeylin Batton, Isaiah Chandler and JaBranden Wells won a gold medal after winning the 4x100m relay race at the UIL State Track and Field competition on May 12.
