Bloomburg’s softball team defeated Saltillo and claimed a regional semi-final championship. The Lady Wildcats are just one win away from playing for a state championship and will face Chireno in the regional final round Saturday, May 22. Atlanta’s softball team had quite a ride this year. The team took only two losses during pre-district to a tough Nashville team, won district as undefeated champs and won a bi-district title.
McLeod Longhorns, Area Champs!!!

McLeod’s baseball team defeated Cayuga in a best-of-three series and claimed an area championship. The Longhorns face Hawkins in the regional quarterfinals beginning at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 20. Game two is set for Saturday, May 22 with game three to follow if necessary. All games will be played at Gary High School.
