Camille Powell, Workforce Solutions Northeast Texas Outreach Specialist, came to QCHS and worked with our Project Based Research Classes on Career Exploration using Oculus Virtual Reality Headsets and TransfvrVR software.

On Saturday, Jan. 22, the MUMS Math & Science Team traveled to Pine Tree Middle School in Longview. The students represented Queen City wonderfully with many placing in the top 10 of their event(s).

Tim Buzbee, Principal Tubist with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and Queen City High School graduate was back on campus in early January to host a “Concert, Conversation, and Clinic” for QC band members.
