Chris Spencer presented a lunch with Texas Department of Agriculture Sid Miller at 5D Steakhouse on April 18,2023.Miller talked about his accomplishments,and things he plans to do in the future. Miller also handed out honorary Commissioner Awards. Paul Hale was one of the beneficiaries.
