Mark Epperson Chapter United States Daughters of 1812 members attended last week’s Texas Society board meetings and workshop in Temple, TX. Rowe appointed to statewide board

It was announced through the Cass County Connect newsletter that Cass County Sheriff Larry Rowe was recently appointed to serve on the statewide board for the Sheriff’s Association of Texas. Sheriff Rowe was sworn into office at the 146th Annual Conference of the Sheriffs’ Association of Texas in Fort Worth.

After all, it is not going anywhere. But your mystery for the week is to answer just what is this stone for, what does it indicate and why.
