Dedra Wincher, age 50, went to be with the Lord November 10, 2019 in a Texarkana hospital. Dedra was born September 11, 1969 in Wharton, Texas to Dennis and Carole Clements. She was a natural caregiver and loved people. She loved to study the Bible and she loved her little dog, “Noosa”.
