Christine Chamblee, age 90, of Queen City, Texas, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, March 30, 2022, in a local adult care facility. Christine was born May 8, 1931, in Taylor, Arkansas, to Roy and Bessie Mayfield. She was retired from Walmart; and was Assembly of God by faith.
Charline Berry Cichoski was born September 2, 1941, in DeQuincy, Louisiana to Jewel and Winfred Berry Sr. She passed from this life March 26, 2022, in Atlanta, Texas at the age of 80. She worked most of her life as a waitress but found her calling as a CNA. She was a member of Holly Street Church of God and was on the praise team and a solo vocalist, and duet partner with her daughter Penny. She loved spending time with her great-grandchildren; and she also loved to sing, sing, sing, travel and enjoyed reading.
Services for Jerry Anderson were at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, April 2, 2022 at Center Grove Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden.

Larry Joe Whitehorn Sr., age 78, of Queen City, Texas, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, March 23, 2022, in a Texarkana, Texas, hospital. Larry was born December 31, 1943, in Atlanta, Texas, to Newt and Susie Mae Whitehorn. He was retired from International Paper Co.; and was a member of First Baptist Church, Queen City. He enjoyed horseback riding, team roping, rodeos, deer hunting and was a cattle rancher.
