Fidelity Communications is now re-branding itself as Sparklight . In 2019 Fidelity was purchased by Cable One, Inc., providing many in the Cass County area with services like internet, television (cable), phone and business services. As of now the only thing that will change will be the branding and Sparklight will no longer accept American Express as of September 2024.
Mission America is a non-profit organization run by Shelby and Amy Crump with a desire to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. They will be hosting a tent revival at 6:30 p.m. nightly from Monday, Nov. 4 through Saturday, Nov. 9. It is free entry and will be located on 310 North Buckner St. in Atlanta.
The federal judge who has repeatedly found Texas in contempt for not fixing its foster care system has been removed by the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals after a three-judge panel faulting U.S. District Judge Janis Jack’s “highly antagonistic demeanor,” The Texas Tribune reported. The three also reversed the $100,000 daily fine against the state’s defendants — the Texas Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Family and Protective Services, which runs the foster care system.
