As of Thursday, Oct. 1, Cass County has a total 375 cases with 299 recovered and 15 deaths. Cass County currently has 61 active cases.
On Wednesday September 30th, the Grand Jury of Cass County, Texas handed down indictments for capital murder against Kevin Shepard, 29, of Atlanta, Texas and Gary Shepard, 50, of Bivins, Texas.
