The Linden Police Department has been using a second-generation taser for several years. Knowing that technology has improved dramatically in the last ten Years and the equipment was worn and outdated decided to update their taser equipment.
Linden-Kildare’s Vincent “Puff” Peters was named an Offensive Honorable Mention Guard for the Texas Sports Writers Association’s Class 2A All-State football team when the list was released Feb. 22.
