About 168 miles of Northeast Texas highways will receive new surfaces during the summer of 2021 with a contract awarded in October by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).
As the temperature drops and the days get shorter Atlanta transforms into a Christmas wonderland almost overnight. This Sunday, November the 8th will be The Annual Atlanta Area Chamber’s Holiday Open House from 1:00 p.m.-4:30 p.m.
The AHS Culinary Department showed off their skills last week and provided homemade Halloween snacks for the teachers. Both Intro to Culinary and Culinary I students helped in the preparation of the food. Members of the Culinary I class also acted as hosts of the event and gained the experience of catering an event by setting up the food service and serving the teachers.
